Journalism Academy english

Whether writing for the Internet, blogs and social media, copywriting and design with AI or SEO-optimized writing: The Journalism Academy offers all training courses on journalism, cross-media and press relations not only as open seminars, but also as in-house seminars. Or in rooms in Munich, Nuremberg or in the district of Leipzig.

The Journalism Academy Foundation sees itself as a school for professional development. It focuses on the new cross-media, journalistic job profiles in media companies as well as in institutions and companies, which are characterized by online journalism and digital change.

As an independent, private institution for continuing professional development, the Journalism Academy is non-partisan and non-denominational. However, its stance is clear: it is committed to the tradition of enlightenment and tolerance – and to journalistic professional ethics.

We are member of the German Communication Association (DGPuK), the German Journalists-Union (dju/verdi) and of the German Journalists-Federation (DJV). We organise the Munich Media-Talk together with Friedrich-Ebert-Foundation Munich.

„Media compentence is part of soft-skills“, is the credo of Peter Lokk from Media-Academy Nuremberg, „Technology is understandable“, says Sven Mainka from Media-House Frohburg. „Everyone can learn to write“, thinks Gabriele Hooffacker, founder of Journalism Academy.
